Founder

I’m a fractional QAP and have worked with cannabis companies from the OG giants under the ACMPR to small and medium sized companies at the startup phase and everything in between. Before jumping into the burgeoning world of cannabis, I had a long career as an analytical chemist, working as a lab manager and project manager in various industries. But I wanted something new, stimulating and exciting. So, I began studying business on the side and when the opportunity arose to work in the cannabis industry, with its ever-evolving landscape and complex problems, I was all over it!

I thrive in tackling challenging problems and finding creative solutions. In business there is often no clear-cut answer so I use my critical thinking skills, in-depth knowledge of the Cannabis Regulations, and design thinking to find the best solutions. I'm also great at breaking down silos and facilitating collaboration. It’s what drives me towards success - helping organizations meet their business objectives and enabling them to meet set standards for their products, processes and systems. Ultimately they can continue growing their businesses while staying compliant.

And when I’m not working, you’ll find me out on the trails with my dog, Maxine.
